Information for presentation has been posted. Oral speakers have to bring own computer for presentation. The poster size is 90 cm x 180 cm or smaller.

Due to the limited capacity of transportation, we are closing the “Late registration”. If you are thinking to attend the excursion and the conference dinner, please register ASAP. After the remaining seats are gone, we will only accept registration for “Session-only” status.

Thank you for your registration and abstract submission. We now closed abstract entry and early registration. We are still accepting late registration for those who do not have presentations.

Deadline for early registration and poster entry has been extended for a week. New deadline in April 17. Please register by this date. We welcome more participants ans abstracts.

— After on-line registration, no confirmation e-mail has been received.

Reservation for Guided City Walk Tour June 24

A city walk tour with an English-speaking guide is scheduled on June 24 afternoon. The tour takes you to the several sight seeing spots within the central part of Sapporo city. This will be a great opportunity for those who are not familiar with the city to gain a general idea of the city’s shape and functionality. The tour is a free program but needs pre-registration. Just send us an e-mail (pmac2012@naro.affrc.go.jp) with your name and affiliation.

We opened registration site. We welcome your registration and abstract submission. The deadline for oral/poster presentation is April 10. But please register earlier to avoid haste near the deadline.
