説明

ポリゴンジオメトリのN番目の内環のラインストリングを返します。ジオメトリがポリゴンでないまたはNが範囲外であるならばNULLを返します。インデックスは1始まりです。

	この関数はMULTIPOLYGONでは動作しません。MULTIPOLYGONについてはST_Dumpを併用して下さい。
